Terrific location, clean rooms, helpful staff. Great bathroom, provided converter for electronics, well-lit. Just missed having a coffeemaker in the room.

I had a fantastic 4-night stay at Heritage Av Liberdade. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the main attractions in Lisbon. The room was lovely and felt cozy, not like a typical big hotel. The staff were friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The complimentary tea, coffee, and cakes were a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The hotel's location in the heart of the city, close to a metro station and within walking distance to certain museums, was convenient. The staff were attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the facilities were great. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, including fresh fruits.

The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide selection of delicious dishes. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of major attractions, making our exploration of the city convenient and enjoyable.

Our only disappointment was that we could not have a double bed and had to settle for twin beds. Although the twin beds were comfortable, it did not provide the same level of comfort as a double bed.

I had an very nice stay at this hotel! The breakfast spread was delicious and the lounge area was always buzzing with people enjoying complimentary coffee, tea, and pastries. The front desk staff were really good too assist me throughout my stay. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the city. The room was beautiful, with picture-perfect views and luxurious amenities. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Portugal. I had a fantastic experience and will be recommending this hotel to my family and friends!

My stay at this hotel was fantastic. The location was perfect, with major tourist attractions just a short walk away. It was great to be right in the midst of all the action in downtown, yet the hotel was remarkably quiet thanks to its location on the main avenue. The room was beautiful, and I especially loved the small balcony where I could enjoy the view of the tree-lined street. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. The amenities were top-notch, with everything from a spa and wellness center to an indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi.

I would highly recommend this hotel to all my friends. It offers luxurious accommodations with enhanced comfort and quality services.

This hotel was in an excellent location, right in the midst of all the action. I could easily walk to all the major tourist points. Also, it was located on a beautiful tree-lined street, which was a nice perk. The staff here were very friendly and helpful, offering car hire, dry cleaning, and laundry services. The room amenities were great too, with in-room air conditioning, a mini-bar, and free toiletries. Plus, the bar/lounge area was a relaxing spot to enjoy some coffee/tea.

The hotel had very friendly and helpful staff, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. The rooms were comfortable and provided everything we needed for our city break. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, which allowed us to easily explore the historic parts of town on foot.

The wifi at the hotel was quite unreliable. It was often difficult to connect and even when we did, the signal was weak and would frequently drop.

The hotel is conveniently located within easy walking distance of many tourist attractions in downtown Lisbon. It is in a great location, close to all the main shops and right in the midst of all the action. Guests mentioned that the rooms are comfortable and clean, with excellent shutters and drapes for room darkening. The staff is attentive and helpful, providing recommendations and offering 24/7 supply of tea, coffee, pastries, and drinks like port and muscatel.

The hotel was not able to provide them access to their room or breakfast, which they found to be a letdown.

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel. The location couldn't have been more perfect, as it was right in the centre and close to the main square. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable, and we loved the balconies with their amazing sunset views. The staff were kind and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. The hotel also had great facilities, such as a pool and gym.

The only downside was that the towels in our room had seen better days.
